  44.     product, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE without express written permission from
  45.     Starlite Software Co.

  47.     Starlite Software Co.  makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or
  48.     implied, including without limitation, any warranties of
  49.     merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.  Starlite
  50.     Software Co. shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct,
  51.     indirect, special or consequential arising from a failure of this
  52.     program to operate in the manner desired by the user.  Starlite
  53.     Software Co.  will not be liable for any damage to data or property
  54.     which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the program.
